Lately I've noticed a personal change in myself that I am becoming pleased with. It's something that's so common amongst generations before and after me that I never noticed how much of a problem it really is. Have you ever paid attention to your habits? What about things you don't do very often but given the right situation you do a certain action automatically? I've been writing ever since my aunt gave me my first journal when I was at least 12/13 years old. That’s the place where I talked about my day, expressed my feelings, and provided myself to remember some of the past knowing that at such a young age my memory would be shotty at best. It had to be over 4/5 years ago when I had completely stopped. Around that same time I started getting more into social media. My Facebook and Twitter became the places where I would connect with people and express my feelings or views.
